Don't say "it's okay" too fast.
On the right situation, you may need to feel it first.
The more you are easy to say "it's okay", the more you get easier to feel numb.
And that's worse.
Have you ever asked to yourself, how many disappointment and anger that you've abandoned or avoided till this day by simply-repeatedly stated "it's okay"?
Have you ever said to yourself, numerously, to not cry even if you think you need to?
When something happened to you, best to do, is taking some space.
Give the space for it to be felt, to be expressed, before you decided to say "it's okay"..
You mostly forget that sometimes you need to be really okay before you say it so..
If not, you lied to yourself already..
That's even worse.
Start feeling it. There's no harm to do it.
Then you can relieve better.
Remember, it is always okay to be not okay.
